Our vinyl products are covered by industry standard warranties so you can purchase and install with confidence.
RESIDENTIAL WARRANTIES
From the date of purchase and for the period of the warranty, your floor will be free from manufacturing defects, and will not wear through or permanently stain from common household stains when installed and maintained according to instructions supplied with each carton.
Our residential warranties cover installation in kitchens, bedrooms, dining rooms, recreational rooms, foyers and bathrooms.
LIGHT COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES
From the date of purchase and for the period of the warranty, your floor will be free from manufacturing defects, and will not wear through when installed and maintained according to instructions supplied with each carton. Improper installation or workmanship should be directed to the contractor who installed the floor.
Our light commercial warranties cover installation in locations where the flooring is not exposed to heavy commercial traffic or maintenance schedules, such as small retail shops or small offices.
COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES
From the date of purchase and for the period of the warranty, your floor will be free from manufacturing defects, and will not wear through when installed and maintained according to instructions supplied with each carton. Improper installation or workmanship should be directed to the contractor who installed the floor.
Our commercial warranties cover installation in restaurants, retail shops, offices and other locations with heavy commercial traffic and where the flooring is exposed to commercial maintenance schedules.
WARRANTY PERIODS
Consult the carton or manual that came with your flooring for the warranty that applies to your product.

Limitations
Our warranties cover replacement or refund of the vinyl plank flooring only.
The following are not included:
Labor (including the cost of labor for installation of the replacement floor)
Costs incurred with loss of time or incidental expenses
Damage from improper installation or maintenance (including side or end gapping)
Burns
Scratches or scuff marks
Tears or indentations
Stains, reduction in gloss level due to normal use and/or exterior applications, or fading
Gapping, shrinkage or squeaks
Structural sub floor related issues
Damage due to caster action or rolling loads.
CLAIMS
Our warranties apply only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for all claims. Claims for wear must show a minimum dime size area. Our guarantees are pro-rated based on the amount of time the floor has been installed.
If you wish to file a claim under warranty, contact the authorized dealer where the flooring was purchased.
